Rocket Lab Launches Mississippi Operations

Rocket Lab today held a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the start of its Mississippi operations. In September 2022, Rocket Lab announced that it would be locating an engine test facility for its new large rocket, Neutron, at NASA’s Stennis Space Center. Governor Reeves Approves Deployment of Mississippi National Guard to Florida in Wake of Hurricane Ian

At the request of the state of Florida, Governor Tate Reeves approved the Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC) request for assistance as Hurricane Ian is making its way north through the state of Florida.
